MP for Neath enjoys visit to Thriving Resolven Business

MP for Neath Peter Hain paid a visit to ATT Engineering Ltd at the TRW Site in Resolven on 7th October 2013, meeting with company director Brian Calo and then touring the site and meeting the workforce.

ATT Engineering produces bespoke tooling and machinery for high volume production lines in all fields of manufacturing, but in particular the electronics and consumer electronics and automotive sub assembly. Their customer base includes high profile names such as Mercedes AMG (Formula 1), Sony, TT Electronics, Sky, Bentley etc and others within the automotive and electronics industry. Mr Hain spoke of his delight that business at the company is booming despite recent economic circumstances, with a planned expansion due to take place in the near future.

Commenting, Mr Hain said, ‘It is fantastic to have such an innovative enterprise operating within our community. It is also encouraging to hear that ATT Engineering plans to build on its current progress and add to its workforce, benefiting local people in the area with additional high-skilled jobs.’
